In our free consultation, we will assess your requirements against what is affordable, approved by planning and in accordance with the building regulations.
We do love to see the smiles on our clients’ faces as we improve the already loved family home. It’s always cheaper to use the space you have got, we can assess your garage or roof to see if it is convertible. Don’t get us wrong it’s not a simple case of plasterboard and paint, we will have to consider the building regulations and if the development is permitted, lawful and safe. Outbuilding in open countryside
The beautiful Cotswolds and Gloucestershire has many old farms used and disused which provide traditional and charismatic building ready for conversion. Though the government has made converting some of these building into new homes easier there are still many boxes to tick to gain permission.
